General Warranty Information
  • 6 months warranty on all laptop parts against defects.

  • Return & Exchange supported for the defective laptop repair parts.

  • Any quality issue is covered, except LCD/OLED display damaged, IC board bonding area damaged, and other physical damage.
For Laptop Displays
  • if LCD/OLED panel is working, but there are obvious cracks, scratches, and other cosmetic issues caused by installation or users. The seller will help to repair and buyer bare the repair cost.
Limitations
  • The part is not a laptop defender’s product and without our stamps.

  • The replacement part is not under warranty.
For all items below, please contact our sales rep for assistance.
  • Shipping Damage: if products damaged just buyer received the shipment, please help to take pictures/videos to sales rep confirmation, products in this case will be in full warranty.

  • Batch Issues: the seller will do replacements at the same time buyer shipping back these defective parts, we don’t need to receive the stuff at first.
